Villain Story Campaign Guide
Villain Story (/villainstory/) is perfect for episodic storytelling. Use this guide to craft arcs, recruit creators, and pack the leaderboard with cinematic drama.
Outline the saga
Break a campaign into three chapters: origin, betrayal, redemption. Drop one chapter per week with new ShareCopy lines ( hapter 2 drops Friday ?. Each chapter lives on the homepage hero with a color shift so returning fans feel the progression.
Recruit narrators
Find creators who love dramatic readings. Give them early prompts plus a custom leaderboard slice. Encourage them to duet fan submissions, adding commentary or costume changes. Their reactions become as shareable as the cards themselves.
Mix scripted and freestyle prompts
We release five anon ?prompts to set the tone and leave the sixth slot open for fan suggestions. Submissions go through the ShareCopy form, and the best ones earn bonus credits plus a cameo in the recap blog.
Merchandise the arc
After the saga ends, compile the top cards into a digital zine, bundle with credits, and sell it on the pricing page. Include QR codes linking back to each chapter so new players can still experience the story.
Measure narrative retention
Track how many players complete all three chapters and how many share multiple cards. Use that data to tweak future arcs (maybe the betrayal chapter needs a bigger twist).
