These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Viral Test Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing credits you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

AI Viral Test Lab provides browser-based AI mini tools that generate social-ready "viral test" cards. Results are fictional and for entertainment only. No medical, legal, or financial advice is provided.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction you may only use the service with consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account & Credits

• No login is required. Credits are tracked via a device client_id with IP-only fallback.
• Every device receives 5 free credits per UTC day. Sharing a result adds +3 credits (max +9 daily).
• Paid credit packs will unlock once the new checkout is online. Credits never expire but have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit disallowed content (hate speech, explicit imagery, personal data). We may refuse generation attempts that violate these rules.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits.
• Results must not be presented as factual evaluations of real individuals.

5. Payments & Taxes

When paid packs go live they will be processed by a PCI-compliant third-party checkout. By buying credits you agree to the payment provider's terms and applicable taxes displayed at checkout. Until the channel launches, only free/share credits are available.

6. Refund Policy

Credits are digital goods and delivered immediately. See our Refund Policy for details. We may refund unused paid credits at our sole discretion if there is a verified technical issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, prompts, and generated card templates remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive license to share generated cards for personal or commercial social media use.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as-is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime or any specific outcome. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
