Refund Policy

Credits sold by AI Viral Test Lab are digital goods delivered instantly after payment. Because results can be generated immediately, all sales are considered final. However, we want every user to have a great experience, so we offer the following guidelines. (Paid packs are temporarily offline while the new checkout is approved, but this policy reflects how issues will be handled once it returns.)

When we can refund

• The payment processor charged you multiple times for the same order.
• You were unable to access purchased credits due to a verified technical issue.
• The purchase was made fraudulently without your authorization.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days once approved.

When we cannot refund

• Credits already consumed to generate cards.
• Change-of-mind requests when the service is working as described.
• Disputes filed more than 30 days after a transaction.

How to request support

Email support@aiviraltestlab.com with your order ID, payment email, and a brief description of the issue. We normally respond within 1-2 business days. If a third-party checkout processed your order you may also contact their support, but reaching out to us first speeds things up.
